Cap Pro, LLC, a locally owned and operated holding company is announcing the acquisition of Flo Power, LLC from Mike Dansby. The new entity, which will formally be called Flo Power & Substation Services, Inc., will be operated in parallel with Electrical Engineering Enterprises, Inc, and is the second Florida founder-owned business added to the family. 

Mike Dansby, who founded Flo Power LLC in 2017, has worked in the Transformer Maintenance Industry since 1984. Under the leadership of Mike, Flo Power LLC has been built on a foundation of trust, consistently earning customer loyalty by doing what is right.

The integration of Flo Power’s proven expertise and trusted service in electrical systems with EEE’s scalable platform and market reach, we are poised to deliver even greater value to our customers, partners, and communities. 

The acquisition, which will elevate the overall workforce to over 120 employees, expands the geographical service footprint through the state of Florida and Nationally. The acquisition will be effective 8/5/2025.
