CapPro, Inc has broken ground on their 5 acre master planned industrial complex, located in Mulberry, FL at the corner of State Road 60 and Bonnie Mine Road. The 5 acre complex includes 4 building pads to develop in excess of 40,000 SF of industrial office/warehouse space.

CapPro’s first building, totaling 15,000 sf, is designed to be a state of the art office, logistics and operations center. The building includes 5000 sf office, 10,000 sf of insulated warehouse and a 2000 sf EPA certified containment area. The first phase will be home to Electrical Engineering Enterprises, Inc sales, operations, and administrative support team members.

The scheduled completion date is December 1, 2026 and Chris Steele, President of Electrical Engineering Enterprises, Inc said “We are excited to be investing and building our new corporate headquarters. Mulberry is centrally located for Electrical Engineering Enterprises to service our customers and office our key people. We are locally owned and our new facility is a commitment to our roots here.”
