CapPro, LLC, the locally owned and operated holding company of Electrical Engineering Enterprises (EEE) and Flo Power & Substation Services (FPSS), today announced the acquisition of Newberry Contracting, Inc. from founder April Thomas.
Following the acquisition, the business will operate as Newberry Industrial, Inc.; a Florida-based specialty industrial contractor. Newberry Industrial, Inc. will continue to deliver full project lifecycle services to the utility, mining, aerospace, chemical and energy industries.
Founded in 2002 by April Thomas, Newberry Contracting Incorporated established a strong reputation through its commitment to employees, customers, and quality service across the industrial sector.
